All engineering disciplines like mechanical, electrical and hydraulic are embedded in the Bauhuis organization. Our engineers all employed on long term basis carry the experience from one project onto the next one constantly improving the machine design to a level of near perfection.
All machines are assembled and tested in the Bauhuis assembly workshop before they leave. Critical parts are machined in the Bauhuis machine shop equipped with the state of the art CNC machines. By selecting only top brand components and working only with trusted and reliable sub-contractors quality and durability of the final end-product is assured.
For the supervision on the on-site installation of the machines, experienced Bauhuis supervisors are send to site. In close cooperation with local mechanics and electricians all equipment is put in place, powered and connected to the PLC. As soon as the installation is completed cold, hot and finally warranty testing is carried out ensuring that the complete plant operates as it should do. For customers new to the pipe coating business a team of pipe coating supervisors can be made available to get you through the first months of production.
